    This is a bit frustrating. For some reason, my PC lists connections to Wi-Fi as 'no Internet access'. However, I'm able to use browsers Chrome, Edge without problems. I can't use any apps which require Internet access though; Spotify for Desktop says I have no network connection, as do Microsoft Office products. The biggest problem, especially thanks to COVID, is that Zoom and Teams don't connect to Internet.

    I'm using Windows 10 Home 20H2 and OS 19042.844. My driver is Killer Wireless-n/a/ac 1435 WNA v. 12.0.0.722. I've also tried all the fixes on relevant forums; there's definitely no problem with the Wi-Fi router, none of the troubleshooting options have detected any problems.

    I tried to mess around in Registry Editor to fix it, but also to no avail. Similarly, I deleted and reinstalled all relevant drivers and it still doesn't work. I even reset networking with reboots twice, still no success.

    Any advice? My product warranty isn't valid any more after 18 months- I'm never buying Dell again!- and I don't have the money to pay for full repairs.

    I also tryed safe mode, it still didn`t work on it. and Glucofacts Deluxe STILL does not work, so... you say that you don`t know how it started working on win 10 for you?

    Ping works fine, but no Internet connection in browser

    Without having changed any settings, I can't access the Internet anymore through my laptop running Windows 10. Every browser tells me the connection has timed out. I can connect to the router and other devices on the network are not affected. Windows tells me that I am "connected to the Internet" but apparently, that's no help. It doesn't seem to work through other WiFi networks or ethernet either.

    ping google.com works fine and surfing by IP address does not help.
    I tried restarting the computer, restarting the router, resetting IP configuration with no avail. I couldn't find a problem in the network settings either. I tried about anything suggested on this website.
    I hope someone of you has any idea as to what could resolve the issue. Thanks.

    Update

    So it turns out I can access google websites such as google.com or youtube, but nothing else. I tried some of the suggestions I found online, but nothing worked. Ideas?

    I wasn't giving steps on how to get RDP working, that is covered plenty of other places, I just give the steps to make it secure.

    RDP. If they aren't tracking your Web browsing, I doubt they are going to track RDP.

    And if you start the session from the command prompt it doesn't even put the address in the MRU list.

    Though the question that needs to be asked now is, what are you using for your VM lab?
