Windows 10: Microsoft Adaptive launching language settings

I don't know quite why the Microsoft Adaptive keeps launching settings: languages when I click one of its buttons and ONLY, in certain software for example, Your Phone App. Am I missing something? Is it launching some sort of shortcut into the settings window? I've looked at other solutions to this issue, but to no avail.


Even when I turn off the other software JoytoKey, Xpadder I used to control the adaptive, the problem persists.


On my missing something?

I suggest you to follow the steps below and check if it helps.

• Type settings in the search box.
• Click on time and language.
• Click on region and language.
• Click on add a language.
• Select the particular language and then make it as default by right clicking on the language and click on as default.

Windows 10 issue: Chinese language popup

I suggest you to change the Keyboard language and check if it helps.

Please follow below steps.

• Type Language in the search bar.
• Launch Edit Language and Keyboard Options from the search list.
• Under Languages look for the list of language.
• If you are able to find out the Chinese language, right click on the language and Remove it.

Set microsoft language once and for all

• What is the make & model of the computer?
• What was the base language of the previous operating system?

Follow the below steps to add your language from the language list.

• 
  Press Windows + X on your keyboard.
  
• 
  Select Control panel.
  
• 
  Select language.
  
• 
  Click on Add language.
  
• 
  Add the English language from the given list.
