Windows 10: Why ".exe" keeps generating in my P.C?

Hi there. I have a problem regarding M.S Windows Defender. I have the most updated Windows Defender it doesn't helps me in removing viruses from my P.C/Laptop. My P.C keeps generating .exe files in every directory, even in the new ones. And Windows Defender does not even remove them. And whenever I try to delete them, They are not removed. Can Anyone Help me here. See This.

C: Drive Admin Share Keeps Enabling

  Press Windows +E,
  
• 
  Right click on C: drive.
  
• 
  Select Sharing Tab.
  
• 
  Click on Advanced Sharing.
  
• 
  Uncheck “Share this folder”.

How to run C&C Generals on Windows 10

I got the CD version to work on my Windows 10 laptop by following most of the steps from this answer

in the EA forum and created an options.ini file following the directions
in this answer.

• Clean install of C&C Zero Hour (with CDs)
• Installed patch 1.04
• Installed Shockwave 1.1 and Rise of the Reds (with 1.86 patch, 1.85 does not work in Win 10)
• No CD patch
• Created options.ini file with Notepad and placed it in the following folder: C:\users\YOURNAME\documents

• My Launcher Window did not work for Shockwave, so I created a shortcut with the shw_cnr file.
• Play C&C Generals on WIndows 10.

 

Debugging malware error 895-system 32.exe on a h/p

Can anyone help with "debug malware error 895-system 32.exe on a h/p". I have Winodws 10 so it seems the steps are different than other versions.
