Windows 10: Computer cannot start properly

Hello! I am having an issue with my computer and cannot fix it. On cold startup in the morning, the computer will log in like normal, but once logged in it doesn’t fully load windows. This can be like the task bar loading or apps not opening. I then restart the PC and log in as usual and tells me that windows couldn’t load correctly. I have tried the troubleshoot self diagnoss process, but it says it could not find any solution. Then it asks to restart and after that, it works just like normal. Please help! Thanks!

Intergrated webcam not working properly

We understand the issue you are facing and will assist you.

Error: This hardware device is not connected to the computer (Code 45) will occur if hardware device is not properly connected to the computer. The only solution is reconnecting the device (web camera) to the respective port.

I suggest you to run the Hardware and Devices troubleshooter by following the steps provided below:

• Type “Troubleshooting” in the search bar and press Enter.
• Click on “Hardware and Devices”.
• A pop-up will appear, click on the “Next” button and your hardware troubleshooting will start.

Windows Hello not working properly

Hi Jim,

For us to properly isolate the issue with your Windows Hello, we would like to know the following:

• Were there any changes made on your computer prior to the issue (e.g. updates, software installation)?
• To make sure that we have not missed on anything, what specific troubleshooting steps have you done so far?

In the meantime, we suggest that you try reinstalling your camera driver to resolve the issue.
