Windows 10: HELP reset windows10 stuck at 73%

I going to reinstall windows because I had problem with sound but it stuck at 73% pls fast help!

As per your issue, since the update is stuck at 73%, I would suggest you to run Windows update troubleshooter and check if it helps.



To run Windows update, please follow the steps below:

  Type troubleshooting in the search box and click enter.
  
• 
  Click on system and security.
  
• 
  There you will find an option as windows update. Click on it and run the update.
  

If the issue persists, reset the Windows update components and check.

Update from 12 july is stuck at 73% i can not get to any other screen. Help!

 

i update bios then black screen ???? pls help me 980ti
