    Windows 10 version 19042.804 update 2OH2 installed on 3/1/2021.


    Since that time numerous event ID's warnings have been added to event log. None prior to 3/1/2021 I.D's are 34, 10002, 10016, 10010, 225, 223. There are many, and I mean many information logs entered. The computer seems to work properly as to programs, etc, however using my Samsung 860 evo as an external hard drive will not disconnect when ordered to do so in a USB 3.0 port. If I connect the 860 to a USB 2.0 port, the device will disconnect. normally.

    Hi Russell,

    We appreciate the information you've provided regarding the product ID. To resolve your concern, we suggest that you do the following steps:

    • Click on Start and type: Command Prompt.
    • Right click on it and select Run as administrator.
    • Type: wmic path SoftwareLicensingService get OA3xOriginalProductKey.
    • Press Enter. That should give you the product key to type in the activation.

    Hi Fred,

    Machine ID also known as Product ID is being used to identify the device. We suggest following the steps below to get the product ID of your device:

    • Type about your PC on the search box.
    • Look for the Product ID.
