Windows 10: Windows 10 unable to update over VMWare 16

Discus and support Windows 10 unable to update over VMWare 16 in Windows 10 Installation and Upgrade to solve the problem; Hi, I am trying to update Windows 10, but it says I must uninstall VMWare 16 before I can update.     I am trying to update Windows 10, but it says I must uninstall VMWare 16 before I can update.


    Is there any way to bypass this?

    Vmware ubuntu with windows 10 anniversary update

    I have just installed Windows 10 anniversary update. I also run a virtual ubuntu machine (ubuntu 16) in vmware player 12. Since the windows 10 update, I am unable to load the virtual ubuntu os. The machine boots to the login screen. I then try to login and
    get a black screen, the fan sounds like it is taking off and it never reaches the ubuntu desktop. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling vmware player but to no avail. Any suggestions would be much appreciated.

    yep thats what i was asking but i gave up on it lol but im about to install linux mint on vmware to try it out lol

    How to run Windows 10 surafce on VMWare?

    I want to install Windows 10 surface OS on VMWare(on Windows 7) as I do not have surface laptop. But I am unable to find downloading link of Windows 10 surface iso file. Kindly provide the link for the same and steps to run Windows 10 surface OS on VMWare.
    And also let me know 'is this licensed product?'
