Windows 10: Windows 10 not seeing portable MP3 Player

I have a laptop and a Desktop - both PC's with Windows 10. I picked up a portable MP3 player a SanDisk Clip Sport. When I plug it in to either my laptop or Desktop - neither act like it even exists...cannot see it anywhere. Tried 2 different 2.0 USB cords...tried everything the SanDisk people suggest...but neither computer sees the MP3 Player...can't download music to it without the computers seeing it. The USB connection "does" charge it, but that's it.

• Click View all, and then click Windows Media Player Settings.

Method 2: If the above steps do not help, you may try to delete music files directly from the mp3 player, follow the steps below:

To delete music files using the computer, follow these steps:

1. Connect your mp3 player to the computer.

2. Select Open device to view files using Windows Explorer on initial connection.

3. Locate the folder where your music files are stored.

4. Right click and select delete the music files or folder.

I have A Zune HD, damn good player. Little big mind, but loads of great features. HOWEVER only available in the states... <cough>ebay<cough>
