Windows 10: laptop wont play some games

updated my laptop from windows 8 to windows 10 but now its going really slow when i try to play slot games on a casino but some games play ok also it browses ok no problem got a thing on there called AMD keeps saying turn on hard ware accelrration but its on and it does nothing when turn off then turn on really stuck now all other trouble shooters says everything is ok no problems takes about hour just to play a battle on casino video slots help please asap urgent please please any one done all i no nothing is working even done a refreah wiped things ok for a while then bang everythjing is really slow and i mean slow

laptop battery wont charge after latest update

1. Shutdown your laptop.

2. Remove the battery.

3. Connect the AC power adapter to your laptop.

4. Power on the laptop

5. Open the Device Manager by typing Devmgmt.msc into Start Menu or from Control Panel.

6. Under the Batteries category, right-click all of the Microsoft ACPI Compliant Control Method Battery listings, and select Uninstall (it’s okay if you only have 1).

7. Shutdown the laptop.

8. Insert the battery.

9. Power on the laptop.

1. Shutdown the laptop.

2. Remove the battery.

3. Start the laptop with only AC adapter connected to laptop.

4. When you login to Windows OS connect the battery while Windows OS working.

 

Laptop goes to sleep when the LID is closed while playing the game.

My hp laptop wont turn on
