Question about saving files to my computer

    Hey all,

I'm an armature photographer so being able to manage my files is important to me, and for the last couple weeks I have had no issue doing so, but today I was alerted that I was out of OneDrive storage. I do not want to save my files in OneDrive, I would like to save them directly onto my computer. How can I go about having my files accessible in file explorer like normal? Right now when I go to my "Documents" folder, where I normally store all of my folders that I use to organize my photos, it has a shortcut called "Where did my photos go" that brings me to my files when I click on it. I'm a bit frustrated with all of this because I cannot understand why I cannot just use the file explorer like normal.

Thanks and let me know if I need to clarify anything.

    :)

Recent (Save Files) - Change Default Settings to OneDrive

    Hello -
Thanks for the return. Before I undertake changing the Registry, I have a question.
The steps in my Registry, for my version of Windows 10, were a bit different, but I think I eventually got to the right spot.
The last step is to change the number of places you want to list in Recent Places. In my case, the default Max Display listed 50 as the number. So, if I were to change that number, how do I know the Save As page will be one of those places? Or, a similar question, will this registry change delete the tab Recent from my Save As page? This is what I would like to happen.
When I received my computer in Nov. 2016, the Recent tab was not listed in the Save As page. Something caused it to be added over time. Which brings me to this second question. Would there be any benefit in deleting the changed registry listing and reverting back to the default listing? See attachment.

    Saves log files ?

You can either read the files in Windows or my preferred method is.....

    Download CCcleaner from here...........

CCleaner Professional | Try the world’s most trusted PC cleaner, free!

You can then run cleaner, you will see the log files listed, then if you right click you can save as a text file and then have a read. You may also get an "error reporting" log listed seperatly.
