We would like to gather additional information about your concern with installing your drivers. To better assist you, we need the answers to the following questions:

• What specific drivers are you trying to install?
• Is there any error messages after launching the drivers?
• Did you make any changes on your computer prior to this issue?

In the meantime, we suggest creating a new user account on your computer and see if you can successfully install those drivers on a different user profile. To do it, simply follow the steps below:

  Select the Start button, then select Settings > Accounts > Family & other people > Add
  someone else to this PC.
  
• 
  Type a user name, password, password hint, and then select Next.
