  1. What software can I use to set a game time limit for myself?

Hi. I've noticed that I'm getting really distracted by games lately, while I should be studying. I find this a great waste of my time, but despite this I keep gaming when I should actually be studying. I am looking for software that could help me get rid of this bad habit. Does anyone know what software I could use to set a time limit on games or block games altogether? Thanks in advance!

PS. I don't want to use a child account with microsoft families, because this way I'll lose all my access to my files, applications and settings, which I need for studying.

Overclocking / Undervolting guide for Vega 56 or 64?

    Here's a quick laundry list:

List of software to use for overclocking and testing
    Examples:
Wattman (and how to find and use it, like an overview, including profiles)
Unigine Valley or Heaven (use this for quick testing while changing settings in Wattman and checking for stability / artifacts) ...just suggesting this
How to monitor cores / mem speeds and temps during testing (I've seen screen overlays, and others using GPUz)

    Step-by step overclocking in Wattman
    Fan speeds
    Power limit
    Temp limit
    Voltages
    Core speeds
    Memory speeds
