Windows 10: Return MS Keyboard 4000 under warranty

I have been on the website for 4 hours trying to figure out how to return a keyboard that is under warranty. Every link I click takes me back to where I started.


When you call the number it says go to the website. when you go to the website there is nowhere to report it. If you click on contact support the Virtual Support Agent sends you back to the support website.


Does anyone know how to return a MS keyboard for replacement?


AND THERE IS NO CATAGORY FOR HARDWARE!!! SO i HAVE TO POST IT UNDER SOMETHING ELSE.

I suggest you to connect the keyboard to a different computer and check if the issue persists.

If the keyboard does not function correctly on another computer, the keyboard maybe defective. If this is the case, and the warranty on the keyboard is still valid, you may exchange the defective keyboard for a new keyboard.

If the keyboard works fine on a different computer, try the methods listed below:

Method 1

Adjust Language settings:

• Open Settings and click on Time and Language.
  
• Choose Region and Language and make sure the language you’re using on your keyboard (the input language) matches the one you’re using on your PC (the display language).
  

Method 2

Update driver manually:

Install the latest drivers from Natural Ergonomic Keyboard 4000 and check if
it works.

If the issue persists, you may get in touch with
Microsoft Hardware Support for further assistance.

This Microsoft Natural Ergonomic Keyboard 4000 v1.0 (S/N 7687607663434) types every other character, except for the letter "R" (either upper or lower case). The letter "r" returns nothing on two different PC's. This keyboard was received
on 12/17/2019. How do I get it replaced under warranty?
