Windows 10: Windows detecting second monitor but i dont own a second monitor.

Title. I think it may be a rat as i had downloaded one before, i didnt run the full installation but i removed all sus files and ran full scans on windows defender Malwarebytes and bit fender

This is what i mean, My google is fullscreened but when i take a print screen it shows my background and when i move my mouse to the right of my screen it disappears and goes onto what seems to be the second background

If Windows can't detect your second monitor, it's usually a driver problem. It could be due to your video driver being outdated, incorrect or faulty. It's also possible that your monitor driver is causing the problem.

Since the issue occurred after the latest update, it's possible that the video or monitor drivers require an update. Try looking for the updated version of the drivers on the device manufacturer's website and follow their instructions.

If the issue persists, try to roll back the drivers to the last good configuration. To do that, you may follow these steps:

• Right-click the Start button and select Device Manager.
• Right-click your device driver, select Properties, and browse to the
  Driver tab.
• Press the Roll Back Driver option if available, and Windows 10 will begin the process.

Second monitor not detected

After a recent update, my external monitor stopped working, and the Display option has vanished from the Control Panel. I did find the settings and Windows 10 does not detect the second monitor. I checked for updates in the Device Manager and Windows Update
and both say the best drivers are already installed. What can I do to get Windows to detect the second monitor? Thanks
