Windows 10: No mappings between ussername and ID's was done error

Dear Microsoft, I wanted to remove the password for my user account on my Laptop and I searched on the browser where I read that type "netplwiz" in the run box and uncheck the box. I did it and after doing it. I got a prompt to enter a username and password and confirm password, I mistakenly hit enter without reading properly and after that, I started getting the error "No mappings between username and ID's was done error "when opening the setting, the control panel, and other programs. Please help in resolving this issue.

To narrow down your concern, we would like to know the following:

• Have you tried using another USB in saving your offline maps?
• Were you able to update your drivers? We suggest that you check if your drivers are up to date by following the steps on this
  link.
  

For your reference, below are the steps to save Offline Maps to USB:

• Click on Start; then, Settings.
• Select Maps; then, Storage Locations.
• Click on the Change where you store offline maps drop down menu and choose the
  new location.

N85: System error with Maps

Thanks for your answer. In fact when I have a look to the installed apps, Nokia Maps is not in the list of installed applications (which is probably the cause of the error). I have already noticed this and I have tried to install Nokia Maps but the result
is the same: Nokia Maps not in the list of installed apps and "System error" when I try to use the maps. The Nokia support has sent me some steps to perform (among them reinitialize the phone to its primary state or even format it) to fix the problem. I will
try this.

Mapped Drives Issues

To clarify .... the issue is the Windows 10 OS. It is with Windows File Explorer. The Mapped drives used to appear in File Explorer's left panel list of drives and folders. Two days ago File explorer stopped show the mapped drives. so not they don;t appear in the list of Drives and folders.

I did, it has no effect. I also check the NAS devices they support SMB 2.0. Also I have several other computers on my home network they work fine with the mapped drives and They do not have SMB 1 turned on. So it is something that happened to the computer in question.
