Yes try it again... lol... we were waiting for that!

You have steps listed....try to find a another pc to try...try to reset the bios and see if that for some reason would help. But yes, try putting it back in. If not, id say rma time.

Word and Excel 2013 now crash when I try to print or edit-Outlook OK

Trying to print or edit in Office 2013 Word and Excel now causes the program to crash. Outlook works fine.

the following have not fixed the problem.
    1. Repair install of Office 2013
    2. Uninstall (with Revo Pro) and then full re-install
    3. Uninstall and then reinstall of the HP Laserjet printer drive.

What is my next step, short of nuking the entire Win installation and starting over (ugh!)???

    Need help identifying the problem

    Hello,

For us to better assist you, we'd like to know the following:

    • Confirm which build is currently installed on your device. To check, follow the steps below:
    • Press Windows key + R, then type in winver.
    • Click OK.
    • Were there any recent changes made prior to this issue?
    • Kindly send us a screenshot of the current programs running on your Task Manager.

Meanwhile, we recommend to run your PC in a clean boot state. Performing this method will start Windows
by using a minimal set of drivers and startup programs and helps eliminate software conflicts.

Note: After performing the clean boot troubleshooting steps, check the How to reset the computer to start as usual after troubleshooting with clean boot section in the same link to return your computer to normal startup mode.

We look forward to your response.

    Regards.
