  1. Background Slideshow 2 Monitors help!

Hello and thank you for taking the time to read my post and help me.

I am using windows 10 and I have 2 monitors. I know how to set a static picture to each monitor that is either the same or different pics -- that is no issue.

My problem is when I am using desktop slideshow -- it doesnt keep the picture the same on both screens. And when I go to "Next Desktop Background Slideshow" it changes only 1 screen.

Can I keep both screens with the same imagine on my dual monitor setup WITHOUT downloading extra software. I am trying to do this at my work PC so I cannot download anything.

    Thank you!

TL;DR Using DESKTOP SLIDESHOW BACKGROUND how do I keep the picture the same on both monitors without downloading extra software?

  2. slideshow background no longer different on 2 monitors

    Hello

For years I've run the background slideshow feature (Personalisation: Background) with different photos on each of my 2 monitors by default. Since the most recent update (Windows 10 bult 19041) the same photo is now on both monitors. Can't see how to change
this in the "Personalisation: Background" window. Hopefully the purchase of specialised software to do this is not now required ??!!

    Slideshow for background

I want to use a slideshow for the background. I have 2 monitors. I would like each monitor to use a different picture of the slideshow. With Pictures, I can do it, but with a slideshow, I can't. Can somebody help me out?

slideshow background no longer different on 2 monitors

The problem is resolved. I switched the background option to "photo" from "slideshow" then, after a few minutes, back to "slideshow" ... and voil it's working again with different photos on each monitor.
