Windows Event Viewer - Crashes since 21 March 2021

I have been trying to fix software crashes since 21 March 2021, and none of the Windows updates or fixes I could think of or done could resolve these issues.

It is related to a game called Destiny 2, but I get similar problems for other games and 3D software such as Zbrush. It is frustrating and it has blocked me out of working for somebody in Freelance, and this is Urgent in fixing my PC, and I am tired of it.

    What I have done:
-SSD check - Healthy, no problems or corruption
-Full system scan with Bitdefender no malware or problems

-Optimized disk and removed temp files
    -Updated BIOS

-Re-installed graphics card multiple times, even removing, freezing, and restarting shader_cache for GeForce Nvidia
-Turned of power savings, reduced max power or performance limit by 2% to avoid sudden stops.

-Re-installed my PC back to factory zero, leaving nothing on it again.

-Turned off fast-booting to avoid "UNEXPECTED_STORE_EXCEPTION" it has worked and avoided it since then

My PC is less than 1 year old, and I need help to get it fixed, as it is both my workplace and gaming platform.

    Event Viewer (MCC.exe) crashes 'System.IO.IOException'

I'm afraid this is another Windows 1903 bug (current ver 1836.175) as it is reproducible on every (?) PC.

    • run Event Viewer
    • click 'Create Custom View' on the right panel
    • create for example a filter for System, events 6005, 6006, give it a name and save it:
Windows Event Viewer - Crashes since 21 March 2021 [IMG]
    • then click on the left tree "Custom Views" and an mcc.exe crash will occur *Confused reporting a IO error reading "C:\ProgramData\Microsoft\Event Viewer\Views\View_0.xml"

    P.S.
To roll-back you can from an admin prompt:
    Code:
