  1. Having an issue uninstalling this update KB4592438

Good day people, I've been trying to uninstall this one update 'Security Update for Microsoft Windows KB4592438'. It keeps saying 'An error has occurred. Not all of the updates were successfully uninstalled' on a popup. Googled a bit and found this https://docs.microsoft.com/en-US/troubleshoot/windows-server/deployment/fix-windows-update-errors, did the steps it tells me let me know where I did wrong, restarted my PC and navigated back to 'Installed Updates' on Control Panel, still seeing the update there, and the popup keeps saying the same thing every time I tried to uninstall it. Also I checked on 'View update history', this update does not seem to appear on the list. The update has been overheating ? my PC after I installed it and caused several restarts on its own. A little help will be appreciated, thanks. You can simply refer me as User, or whatever you like.

    :)
