Windows 10: Not able to reset my Windows10 pc, stuck in ASUS logo screen with dots rotating for ever

Sorry if this was already asked.


I am having a problem with my PC, It is taking longer time to login and also i have lost data from my drive all of the sudden.


Have tried all the options mentioned in ASUS support page,


1. Tried log into safe mode but stuck in ASUS logo page with dots rotating for ever.

2. Tried Reset my PC option still stuck in ASUS logo page with dots rotating for ever

3. Downloaded Windows10 from Microsoft webpage to USB drive, able to see USB drive option in boot menu when I tried to boot from USB again stuck in ASUS logo page with dots rotating for ever. Same thing happens with download from cloud option download win10 and install

4. Tried F2+Power button, but not able to get into WinRe

5.long pressing power button and ON also not helping

6.power on 1min and off - three times, also not succeeded with WinRe.


Tried all the option I am aware of but couldn't able to reset my PC.


Can somebody plz advice what went wrong and how to resolve the issue.

Windows 10 stuck on blue screen with rotating dots

When I turned on my computer today, I first received a black screen with the windows icon and the following message: "Fixing (C Stage ___, Total ____ %, ETA____". After that I was redirected to a blue screen with the white rotating dots, and have since
been stuck on that screen. I tried turning off the CPU, waiting for 20-30 seconds, then turning it on again. When I did so, I received the Dell startup screen, the black screen with the windows icon once more, and then it returned to the blue screen with the
white rotating dots. The computer was unresponsive when I pushed any buttons such as Ctrl-Alt-Del. Can a windows representative please advise me as to next steps?

 

Stuck on blue screen with rotating white dots for hours

I have an Alienware Alpha and a couple of days ago, I started having this problem that whenever the PC was restarted or turned off, upon turning back on and after the computer booted Windows back up, I would be stuck at this blue screen with rotating white
dots in the center. The only way out of it was pressing ctrl+alt+del and that brought me to the login screen but there was no field for the password or anything, just the icons for internet, accessibility and power in the bottom right hand corner.

I scanned other articles online and the consensus was that it was a problem with a cumulative update released by Windows and that the way to fix it was to let it sit for a few hours until it lets you log in, and then disable fast boot.

But it still doesn't work. It still makes me sit at the blue screen with the rotating dots for at LEAST 2 hours before it lets me log in.

I don't know how to fix this and it is super frustrating because I haven't been able to use my PC for a few days now and I can't seem to find a solution to this problem. Any suggestions?

 

Login from lock screen stuck on circular rotating dots

The following happens intermittently:

• I'm working and use the Windows+L key combination to lock my screen to leave for a period (can be short or long).
• I return and use Ctrl+Alt+Del to log back in.
• I get a blue screen with a small circle of spinning dots, which goes on indefinitely.
• I have to hard boot my laptop by holding down the power button for about 10 seconds.

This started happening only after I upgraded from Windows 7 to Windows 10 Anniversary Edition. This appears to be a common problem with Windows 10:

• Windows 10 Install Stuck on Blue Screen/Spinning Dots
• Windows 10 stuck on spinning white circle with black screen
• Windows 10 Stuck At Login Screen With Spinning Circle

I've tried most of the suggestions from these an other sources, but nothing has solved this issue -- which is very disruptive to productivity and seems to be specific to Windows 10. Please reply with only real solutions.
