  1. My browsers are not showing the full resolution?


    My 4k tv is showing a 1440p resolution on all browsers and my main 1440p monitor is around 1152p? Both the screens are on their native resolutions on windows 10 but it's all not showing for the web. Is there anything I can or need to do?

    As you can see in the screenshot below, It's all good in the settings.

    I should be getting UHD but HD content is only showing up.

  3. Screen Resolution too big

    Hello,

    Firstly, try to install all the available Windows Updates and check if it fixes the issue.

    I suggest you to change the screen resolution settings and check if it fixes the issue. Follow the steps below:

    • Press Windows key and type Change Screen Resolution and click on the option listed.
    • Under resolution try changing the resolution settings.

    Also try to install the latest drivers from the manufacturer website and check.

    Edge browser doesn't fully load !

    We suggest you to reset your browser settings by following the steps:

    • Go to Control Panel.
    • Select Internet Options.
    • Select Advanced.
    • Select Reset.
    • Then reboot Windows.
    For additional resolution, you may
    run the troubleshooter for Windows apps
    .
