Windows 10: Can't login in my Windows Account

Hello! Today I tried logging in Windows with my usual password and it says its incorrect. I tried rebooting and i checked over 10 times to see if that password was correct and it was. I tried to reset my password but I dont have the email to it. I know the password to log in but not the email's password so I can log in and get the code. I also tried to complete the Reset My password thingy and it said I didnt give enough info. Idk what to do

I suggest you to follow the steps below and check if it helps.

Step 1: I suggest you to select the appropriate language in login screen at the bottom right corner and check if it helps.

Steps 2: Use On-screen keyboard in the login screen to login and check if it helps.

I suggest you to use the on-screen keyboard and try to login. Follow the steps below:

Click on the Ease of Access icon at the right bottom of the screen and select On-screen keyboard and check if issue persists.

Random account appeared on login to my computer

I suggest you to try the below steps to remove the user account from your computer.

  Login to your computer through administrator account.
  
• 
  Press Windows key + r and type
  netplwiz, hit Enter.
  
• 
  Select the user account, you want to remove.
  
• 
  Click on the Remove button.
