Windows 10: Memory leak with my bro's computer.

I haven't really dealt with a memory leak issue, but the non-paged memory is 4.4 gbs, he has 8 gbs in total 3 gbs are used by the system making the total usage of 7 gbs.


Any way to fix this problem?
