Windows 10: Intel Cpu Problem

Hello!


I've been suffering this for half a month now, please tell me how to fix this and I've been getting lags spikes on game or even on G-meet and getitng some more heat, this is not like this before that I got this Acer Aspire 5. And I know the cause of this CPU problem thing, I even tried surfing on the internet and I got some different errors than them. Okay so, this is the cause of this CPU problem. I was just on a call on my Discord friends using the Discord application because Discord can be on a website or an a app itself I just snipped the screen because they need to take alook for it I alt+tabbed now, I've been getting this CPU problem I don't know how can properlly explain but, that's only I know what's the cause of it. And same thing to! On my other Laptop, that is Toshiba brand that broke a couple of months ago. I was just screen sharing and I've already getting a huge lag spikes when I was on a call. Please, I don't want to lose another laptop. Thank you.


Oh, and I asked on another website Like LTT Linus Tech Tips One of them said that its a "CPU Bottle neck, CPU throttling, Ram Bottleneck"

Intel CPU not supported.

I was hoping to move from Win7 to Win10 but when a check is done for computer compatability I get the message -

! CPU The CPU isn't supported (NX)
Memory OK
Disk space OK

The CPU is an
" Intel(R) Core(TM)2 duo CPU E7400 @ 2,8GHz 2.79GHz

The message ends up suggesting that I shop for a new PC online.
