Windows 10: I keep getting randomly/sometimes a BSOD ONLY when I turn my PC on

The weird thing is that I've never had a BSOD WHILE using my PC. This has only happened when I turn my PC on. It turns on and before I'm prompted to the Windows log-in screen, I get a BSOD 1/10 times, and It's always a different code. I've gotten BSOD codes: memory management, irql not less or equal, page fault in non paged area and critical process died. These are the ones I can recall from memory. I've started using Blue Screen Viewer and now I have a bit more information.

PC specs:

AMD 5 Ryzen 3600

Nvidia GIGABYTE 1660 Super OC 3xfan

16GB RAM Changed 3 times this year, so it's not the RAM. I've had different versions of G.Skill CL16 3200 Mhz RAM

WD M.2 1TB

WD 256 G SSD Where Windows is located


I've always the latest version of Windows, my BIOS is the latest version, all my CPU drivers are up to date, my GPU driver is updated regularly via GeForce Experience. I've tried different programs for driver update scans and the only updates I get to install are for:

- NVidia Virtual AD

- Realtek Audio effect component

- Realtek Audio Unviersal service

- Realtek Hardware Support Application

And I think these are meaningless driver updates because they are sound related.

Pc gets BSOD randomly

Hello I wanted to know if anyone can help me stop my pc from getting the BSOD. It randomly occurs while booting up of after being in use. The minidump says it was caused by svchost.exe. (I did a fresh install of windows but it didn't fix the problem) any
suggestions?

BSOD DRIVER_POWER_STATE_FAILURE randomly after cold boot/sleep

For the past month I have been getting random BSOD's all with driver power state failure. They happen randomly, usually within the first 5-10 minutes of cold booting or waking my computer. Steps I have taken to attempt to fix the problem:

1. Reinstalled GPU drivers/ tried old drivers
2. Fresh installed Windows 1803, still happened, then fresh installed 1709
3. Disabled Fast Boot

None of these things fixed the issue, any help would be much appreciated at pinpointing the issue. Thanks
