Windows 10: Windows 10 Update Error 0x80004002

Hello! I am using the windows 1909 version x64. I tried to press on the 'download', but when it got to Getting things ready, it just kept stuck at 0%, then it will jump to error and have to retry the download. When I pressed on retry, it just kept loading on the search for updates. It just never works. Please help. I have tried the net stop bits steps, but it wasn't working.

Error 0x80004002 on Windows update

Recently this one update has constantly failed to be downloaded. I get the error code 0x80004002 whenever I click retry in settings. The full error message is "2018-11 Cumulative Update for Windows 10 Version 1803 for x64-based Systems (KB4467702) - Error
0x80004002" I have tried restarting.

i am also having trouble with window store. error code 0x80004002. i tryed the steps giving here and get message that says: troubleshooting couldn't identify the problem.
