Windows 10: Video edit in MS Photos: adding a photo

I am using the application in Win10 with local storage, and am trying to insert a photo in a 4 minute videoclip.

1. It gets placed at the end, but I want it at a precise point to illustrate what is being said.

2. I need to retain the audio track while the photo is displayed.

Automatic Update Made Photo Editing Not Work Correctly

This is NOT solved--just fixed.
Microsoft ran an automated update a couple of days ago and now photo editing is not working the way it did previously. I shoot a lot of photos for a local news website and after editing, saved them with new names that help me sort--so, for example, football photos might be F1, f2, etc. After the update, when i edit a photo, it saves only as a copy of the original name (IMG4028, for example, so I get IMG4028(2). Only after I do that, do I get the "save as" option back, which means i either give up my naming convention or have two or more copies of everything.
Any suggestions? The "save as" option does not appear in the first step anymore.

ADDED: It's the software that came bundled with the Windows 10 Edge computer--it's just the Photos app.

Adding photos to Win10 outlook contact list....

What do you mean by ‘Adding photos to Win10 outlook contact list’?

I suggest you to follow the below steps to add photos to the contact list.

1. Go to people app.

2. Right click on contacts

3. Click edit to add photos to the contacts on People app.

photo editing build??

It is for the most part. I just suggested a low end NVIDIA card as they play better with Adobe products.
