Windows 10: windows 10 issue

I had a problem with a game opening but it wasnt steam because other games opened fine. So i looked it up how to fix it and it tells me to go to file explorer but file explorer is a white page with "file explorer" at the top. I reset my pc so much times still hasn't fixed so it tried resetting my whole windows account and start new but, nope "there was a problem during the reset no changes were made" i need help ASAP

• Under General, next to “Open File Explorer to:” choose “This PC.”
• Click OK

It's basically what I mentioned above, small issues here and there ,but nothing to end your day.. for the most part.

I know it's anecdotal, but for my experience 95% of the time it's perfectly fine. The issues I've run into wouldn't be enough for me to roll back , but they would be enough (had I not installed it yet) ,to avoid it for another couple weeks which is why I'm suggesting it to the OP
