Windows 10: bluetooth gone on acer aspire 5750z

Bluetooth is fine before on my Acer Aspire 5057z laptop with Windows 10 64-bit. but it stopped working for no apparent reason:It disappeared from the Device Manager When I click View: Show hidden devices in Device Manager, it still does not appear I updated Windows and restarted the PC several times but that did not help I went to Acer's website and reinstalled the correct bluetooth driver, then restarted twice but that did not help - the driver is installed, but Device Manager cannot see it for some reason The bluetooth button is missing from Action Center In Settings: Bluetoo

Query regarding Acer Aspire 5750z-4835 compatibility with Windows 10

I have two Acer Aspire 5750z-4835 laptop computers. Purchased the same day, CPU is the same (Intel Pentium B950 processor), 4gb ram and 500gb hdd.

Windows 10 "get Windows 10" app reports one laptop is "You're good to go". The other laptop reports "Windows 10 will not run on this PC", the reason given is "The CPU is NOT supported"

Same Model, CPU, Ram, HDD and the same Windows 7 Home Premium SP1. All updates are current and software is all from Microsoft.

What to do next.......

While I'm not answering your question on a new AV I would suggest as a possible step, upgrading your ram.

Crucial has ram for your device. $40 (not sure about tax or shipping) Your device seems to have one slot so you would need the 4GB stick. As you are using 32bit OS you can only use of 3GB. Crucial says you have one slot for memory and tear down videos seem to confirm this.

Memory is static sensitive. Not as much of an issue when it is humid but still something to be aware of. If you don't want to buy a ground strap touch something that is grounded before starting the procedure and then don't go looking for things. Stay seated and perform. You should be fine.

External ram ??? Even if you could buy you wouldn't have port with sufficient speed to connect.
