Windows 10: Windows 10 Installation Error - Windows couldn't configure one or more system components

Hello all,I created a bootable USB using the iso image of the first version of Windows 10 as my notebook is very old. Pls, find details of my notebook below.Product description: Compaq Presario CQ42-450TU Notebook PC Microprocessor: 2.13 GHz Intel Pentium P6200 Installed Memory RAM: 4 GB 1066 MHz DDR3 Hard Drive: 320 GB SATA 5400 rpm Current Operating system: Windows 7 Home Premium Trying to upgrade to Windows 10I clicked on the setup to install windows 10 using the upgrade process rather than booting from it and it was completed till 40% after that I got the below error.

windows xp installation and dual core am

could someone please list the steps they follow to install windows with a dual core processor and windows xp service pack to. I'm reletively new to amd dual core and i feel i'm missing a step. All help will be appreciated. thanx

Explorer defaults to opening this page when you open a new window. If you’d rather open the usual This PC, with links to your drives and library folders, follow these steps:

• Open a new Explorer window.
• Click View in the ribbon.
• Click Options.
• Under General, next to “Open File Explorer to:” choose “This PC.”
• Click OK
