Windows 10: does anyone know what these buttons are and how i disable them?

Recently i updated to 20H2 and i discovered these 2 new buttons In yellow on upper right of screen shot and on almost every window they are on, they like to cover up the rest of the buttons, especially the minimize and maximize buttons. i have rolled back 20H2 and the buttons go away, tried installing it on a new fresh test install they only show up with 20H2 update, removed chrome and firefox. for those who do not know what they do, the one on the left moves the window to the next screen and the one on the right maximizes the window across all monitors. Disabling Power Button Lockout?

You can press ESC on your keyboard several times to disable the idle screen should you press the power button accidentally. One of the ways to disable the option to turn off your computer using the power button on your keyboard
is changing its settings in the Control Panel. To do this, please follow the steps below:

• Right-click the Start button then select Control Panel.
• On the drop-down menu, select Small category.
• Click on the Power Options link.
• On the left pane, click on Choose what the power buttons do.
• On both drop-down menus, select Do nothing then click on the
  Save changes button.

Disable Search Button
