Windows 10: "Inaccesible Boot Device" blue screen error during upgrading to Windows 10 Pro

With the help of Microsoft Support I tried upgrading from Windows 10 Home to Windows 10 Pro. While installing it gave me above error. I was able to get out of that error by pausing boot on black screen & F8>>Start Windows Normally. To my surprise Windows Pro was Activated. But when I restarted it again went to the same cycle of Blue Screen Error "Inaccesible Boot Device".MS Support tried many times over call both HD\Flash Drive as boot device but couldn't fix it. Now I'm stuck with Windows 10 Pro which works fine until I Restart it.Anyone can help, i don't want to loose Window

INACCESIBLE BOOT DEVICE ERROR on 3 computers with WIN 10

I have 3 computers with WIN 10 that encountered the INACCESIBLE BOOT DEVICE ERROR.

Had to completely reinstall software on one computer. Lost WIN 10.

A 2nd computer was recovered from a backup disk image. Its ok now, but I scared to restart it.

The 3rd computer was recovered with a restore, has the blue screen again and not recoverable. I cant get to the disk system image on NAS.

Planning to reinstall Win 7, Blue Iris, and Excel. Will Lose WIN 10.

The Win 10 for these computers was obtained while freely available introduction.

I think the problem comes from all the automatic win 10 upgrades.

"INACCESIBLE BOOT DEVICE" problems

Just started having "INACCESIBLE BOOT DEVICE" problems with my HP laptop when starting. Current wisdom seems to say this was related to upgrading to 10, but I upgraded a year ago. I did use upgrade instead of full install. Some statements here indicate
that not upgrading, rather than full install, leads to this problem after adding 10. What gives??
