Windows 10: I can't open Whiteboard

Hello. I have problems with Microsoft Whiteboard. Yesterday I decided to sign out because when I tried to export my files to onenote, the app said "empty notebook".The problem is that now, I can’t open the app. Whiteboard is freezing on the Sign in screen. I tried uninstalling many times but nothing.Some idea? Thanks!

Asper your description, may I know are you using Microsoft whiteboard app to export. If possible, could you please share a step how did you try to
export a Microsoft Whiteboard Canvass or some related screenshot of better understand.

Also, could you please share with us screenshot of error message.

Microsoft whiteboard doesn’t have the option to use a protractor as of now. However the ruler has the angle measurement listed inside it that can be used to draw accurate angles.
