Windows 10: I cleaned my PC fans, then got a blue troubleshooting screen. Now, I get a black screen

The problem with the blue screen was my HDD switched to the letter E, and some random drive became the C drive. I deleted the C drive and changed the letter E to C. After restarting my PC, instead of turning blue, it turns black. My PC still beeps, but the screen is black and now I cant use it.
