Windows 10: PSO2 NGS CBT Download/Install Not Working

I have the Microsoft version of PSO2 installed on my device, and I can launch the game and play; all good there.After joining the CBT for New Genesis, I accessed the Microsoft Store download page for the game via the Xbox Insider Hub. Unfortunately, after many re-install attempts, my installation always fails at the very end. Hitting the retry seems to attempt to finish the download/installation, but it quickly errors again.Has anyone else experienced this issue on their machine?I am running: Windows 10 Home Build 19042.985Windows Feature Experience Pack 120.2212.2020.0

Window 10, NG Studio stopped working.

Mine is up gradation from Windows 7 to 10.The problem of `NG Studio not working' still persists despite the steps undertaken as suggested by you.Now what to do?

To begin your adventure, follow these steps to download and install Riders of Icarus in preparation for the Closed Beta test:

1. The first step in preparing for your journey is to download and install the Nexon Global Platform by clicking here.
2. If you haven't already, make sure you have created a Nexon Account.
3. Load the Nexon Global Platform and log in to your Nexon Account.
4. In the upper right-hand corner of the Nexon Global Platform, click the "down" arrow next to your profile name.
