Windows 10: Escessive RAM usage and fan noise after Windows 10 KB4601554 update

Hello,I received an update KB4601554 and after that my RAM management just went crazy. Every application, from task manager to chrome, use a gigantic amount of RAM and the fans are quite noisy at a higher speed. I have already tried to uninstall the update, but it is not working. Is there any solution from Microsoft to this issue?Thanks :

Unknown Constant RAM Usage

Hi,

To explore more on RAM usage by processes and see in-depth I advise you to open the Resource monitor, please follow the below steps.

Step 1 :

Open Task Manager

Step 2:

Click on Performance

Step 3:

At the bottom click on Open Resource Monitor

Step 4:

Under Resource Monitor windows click on Memory

Step 5:

Click on Working Set to list the top process utilizing the more RAM and then evaluate RAM usage.

Fan Noise with more Processes

Hello everyone

I have HP Touchsmart M6 laptop which is core i5 with ssd hard drive and 16 GB ram and the problem with my Laptop is if its idle fan don't noise but when i opened chrome and few other application which increase the processes and the fan noise increase. Although
when i check the processor its still at 20 and 30 percent with ram more than 70 percent available.

How i can mute that fan noise
