Windows 10: Windows 10 search bar turns half white in dark theme..

I am using dark theme on Windows 10. My search bar becomes half white by itself and returns to black when I bring the cursor onto it. Then after a few moments, it becomes half white again.This is quite irritating. Please suggest me a solution to this.I am on latest version of Windows 10 21H1.

Anyone know of a decent 'dark' theme for Windows 10...?


I changed the title bar with this (complicated) tutorial. But it's just the title bar, and with limited colors to choose. It's so absurd this step back in design. Plain white compulsory... worse than Windows 95.

Windows 10 Settings Dark Mode

Hi!

Changing the WIndows theme to dark mode did make Chrome dark as well, but the search bar still turns white when I switch to another theme extension.

 

My File Explorer dark theme is half working

When I turn on the dark theme on windows 10 for apps, the file explorer looks like this. I have turned on high contrast before, though I'm not sure if High Contrast affects the dark theme here. Image as shown. The highlighted selection and title bar/directory
path is white, while everything else is working.
