Windows 10: Cannot DL PSO2: NG on windows store

I previously had Phantasy Star Online 2 installed through the Windows Store when it came out, but I just installed the new version, New Genesis, through Steam, as that is my only game library. Steam wasn't available at first for this game. I left the computer to dl it through steam, came back to launch the window's version so I could get my account-link code to apply it to the Steam version, and I cannot download the game. I see the GET button, I click it, nothing happens. I updated Windows, I did a restart, I'm not sure what else could be blocking this. I cannot load up and play the steam ver

Window 10, NG Studio stopped working.

Mine is up gradation from Windows 7 to 10.The problem of `NG Studio not working' still persists despite the steps undertaken as suggested by you.Now what to do?

 

Microsoft store won't let me install apps on my D:\ drive

I cannot believe this issue still exists. My boyfriend ran into this AGAIN when trying to reinstalling PSO2. Microsoft really needs to fix their store, especially with PS02:NGS Coming out in a few days. People are going to be upset if this occurs with NGS and I'm sure the forum is going to be flooded again. So, I am going to have to go and try the work around listed on this thread on his computer and see if it will work.

Mine is Pinacle Studio 18,windows 10 upgraded from windows 7.after completing of almost 39% of rendering to external drive NG Studio suddenly stops working(same thing happened for several times).The problem persist despite steps undertaken as suggested
