Windows 10: Update error 0x800f0801

When I want to update windows, the installation stops at about 85% with an error message see above. The download was ok.I think the problem is old, because before I start the update this message appears "Important security and quality fixes are missing on your device"Then I tried some things, like sfc /scannow, no errors, software update with a Microsoft tool, rename the software distribution folder Softwareverteilungsordner - net stop bits, net stop wuauserv, ren %systemroot%\softwaredistribution softwaredistribution.bak <-- File not found, ren %systemroot%\system32\catroot2 catroot2.

1. Click Start, click Run, type services.msc, and then click OK.

2. In the list of services, right-click Automatic Updates, and then click Properties.

3. In the Startup type list, click Automatic, and then click Apply.

4. If Service status is set to Stopped, click Start, and then click OK.

5. Right-click Background Intelligent Transfer Service, and then click Properties.

6. In the Startup type list, click Manual, and then click Apply.

7. If Service status is set to Stopped, click Start, and then click OK.
