Windows 10: Toolbar Issues - recurring glitch.

Anybody seen this toolbar issue and can explain the reasoning for the issue?All Firmware and HP updates were applied, issue still occurred.,Also disabled some startup items which populate the taskbar when first loading up. Rebooted to test. I noticed the issue occurs when the scaling is set to any other percentage than 100% in Windows display settings.Display Adapter - Rolled back the display adapter driver to a previous version and retested, issue still occurred.The workaround at this point is to change scaling to 100% to get the taskbar to show up. IE11 Google Toolbar no auto search suggestions, no search history?

Since the last Win 10 update my Google Toolbar won't list any search suggestions as I type and there is no search history listed. The Google tool bar will allow a search, but after a few searches no search history shows and no "clear search" button is listed either.

I have turnd on "Suggest searches as you type", and "store search histroy on my computer" in the Google Toolbar options.

Any suggestions to fix this?

That's what the auto setting will do since you're over the 1333 mark it jumps to the next step which isn't listed or officially supported I assume by that ram.

At this point though I would suggest dropping the multi one step or .5 so that we can get something stable and possibly take the heat issue out of the picture for now.

 

Cant find Toolbar in Internet explorer 11

• Are you facing this issue after any recent updates?
• Did you check in setting and try to check mark the command bar and check?

I suggest you to follow some steps below and check if it helps.

• Open Internet Explorer.
• Right click on top in empty space near the tabs
  and select Menu Bar and Command Bar and check if the issue is resolved.
