Windows 10: third party graphics card interfering with dual monitors???

I am using a third party graphics card which worked great in my older pc 1-1-2021 HP i3, running the graphics card plus an additional monitor in the hdmi port, I purchased a new pc HP i7 a month ago and installed the card and software as before, but i cannot get the pc to recognize the second monitor/. Any Ideas? I have uninstalled and reinstalled the hardware and the software, both monitors work if i use the vga and the hdmi port but once I use the graphics card port it is like its cancelling the other onboard ports

1. May I know the model number of AOC display monitor?
2. Is this the first time that you are trying to setup the display using HDMI?

You can try to use an adaptor (USB/HDMI or VGA as the card has 3 slots) to connect to monitor. I would also suggest you to get in touch with Nvidia to know more about this as there can be output issues while using adaptors and your Graphic card (GTX
1660 Ti) might not work as expected.

Hi,

Your computer makes a noise or beeps from your internal speaker because it failed to detect the graphics card. What we can suggest is for you to try cleaning your graphics card with a pencil eraser. Here are the steps below:

• Turn your computer off.
• Pull out your video/graphics card.
• Rubbed the cold contacts with soft pencil eraser.
• Connect your video/graphics card back to the computer.

Kindly note that this is just a temporary fix. If the case still continues, I suggest that you contact your graphics card's manufacturer.
