  1. Maximum screen brightness when unplugged is lower than when charging

When my laptop is unplugged, the screen brightness dims. The problem is that it dims even if the brightness is set to the maximum value. That is, I *cannot* manually increase the brightness further and yet it is less bright than when plugged in. This is true even if I go into settings. The brightness is at maximum 100% but the screen is still darker than when plugged in.Lenovo 81n3 Ideapad, Windows 10, AMD RadeonThank you for any suggestions.

    :)

Screen brightness too dim when unplugged

    Hello,

The maximum brightness when unplugged is way lower than when the laptop is plugged. I've been checking the screen- and batterysettings, but it doesn't bring solutions. Somehow, the screen goes to full brightness when unplugged when i am in my configuration-settings
    How to solve this?

    Kind regards,

  3. screen brightness plugged in/unplugged

    Hi,

My laptop's screen brightness used to change depending on whether it was plugged in or not. So I could set the brightness to a lower level when not plugged in, to save battery. After the recent updates, I've noticed that this feature doesn't work anymore
as plugging in or unplugging doesn't change the brightness level. Is there anything I can do to make it work like it used to? Thanks.
