Windows 10: Why my taskbar look so weird on window 10. need help !!

My desktop taskbar start looks like the image 001 and 002 below a week ago. and then it occasionally changes back to normal veiw 003. I wonder how to fit it. Thank you.innormal 001innormal 002Normal 003
