whenever I boot my PC, i get THIS error (instead of login screen)

Startup/Login issue: whenever I boot my PC, instead of showing the login screen, it shows THIS error: (image link: (zoom in if you can't see it): 100_0164.JPG - Google Drive ) This happened when I used msconfig.exe (system configuration) and autoruns (from Windows Sysinternals: Autoruns for Windows - Windows Sysinternals | Microsoft Docs ) to disable every windows service except for: windows audio endpoint builder windows audio base filtering engine avctp service capability access manager service cryptographics services device association service DHCP client connected user experiences and telemetry display policy service display enhancement srvce dns client group policy client human interface device settings IPhelper CNG key isolation SERVER WORKSTATION TCP/ip netbios helper local session manager network connection brooker network list service network location awareness network store interface service program compatibility system service plug and play power remote access connections manager radio management service RPC endpoint mapper realtek audio service task scheduler system guard runtime monitor shell hardware detection print spooler secure socket tunneling protocol service state repository service synTPEnh caller service system events broker themes time broker credential manager windows connection manager winHTTP web proxy auto-discovery service windows management instrumentation WLAN autoconfig connected device platform user service_(insert random group of characters here) sync host_(insert random group of characters here) I tried to use msconfig.exe as much as possible to disable the services, but whenever msconfig.exe wouldnt let me disable a windows service, i used autoruns (which edits the registry). The services disabled using autoruns were: APPX DEPLOYMENT SERVICE BACKGROUND TASKS INFRASTRUCTURE SERVICE CLIENT LICENSE SERVICE CORE MESSAGING DELIVERY OPTIMISATION WINDOWS DEFENDER FIREWALL WINDOWS INSTALLER WINDOWS SECURITY SERVICE WINDOWS UPDATE MEDIC SERVICE MICROSOFT DEFENDER ANTIVIRUS NETWORK INSPECTION SERVICE MICROSOFT DEFENDER ANTIVIRUS SERVICE SECURITY CENTER CLIPBOARD USER SERVICE_(INSERT RANDOM GROUP OF CHARACTERS HERE) WINDOWS PUSH NOTIFICATIONS USER SERVICE_(insert random group of characters here) When autoruns said access denied when i tried to disable secure services like MICROSOFT DEFENDER ANTIVIRUS SERVICE, i ran autoruns using NSudoLG.exe (GUI version) (github: Release NSudo 8.2 . M2Team/NSudo . GitHub ) to run autoruns with trustedinstaller privileges. I restarted my PC after applying the changes, and the error above appeared, I am not asking how to solve this issue, I already know how to. (by reinstalling windows) I am asking WHY DID THIS HAPPEN? The answer I want is along the lines of (insert service here) service manages the login screen. Disabling it will give you this error. I am running: Edition:Windows 10 Home Version:20H2 Installed on:‎3/‎1/‎2021 OS build:19042.631 Experience:Windows Feature Experience Pack 120.2212.31.0 PC specs: CPU: AMD A4-5000 APU with Radeon() HD graphics @ 1.5 GHz GPU: AMD Radeon HD 8330 @ 500 MHz (512mb VRAM) RAM: 4gb DDR3 (brand: unknown) @ 800MHz (3.5gb usable) SSD: Samsung SSD 840 EVO 120GB LAPTOP MODEL: HP Touchsmart 15 Notebook PC (HP TouchSmart 15-d020nr) Please note that telling me to re-enable all services will waste my time. I am trying to run davinci resolve on my laptop. Davinci Resolve is VERY resource heavy. Windows background processes that aren't needed need to be disabled. If they are not disbaled, windows will take up 2GB of RAM idle. Since I only have 4gb of RAM total, only 2gb of RAM will be available. Davinci Resolve takes up 2gb Ram idle. Resolve will crash from lack of RAM because 2+2=4. Since my integrated graphics take up 512mb RAM, my total amount of ram available is only 3.5gb. When I try to run windows (no disabled services) and davinci resolve at the same time, i am trying to run 4gb RAM worth of processes when i only have 3.5gb RAM available. This causes crashing. I know the amount of RAM used by system services is unnecessary because windows 10 LTSC can run at 0.5gb RAM idle (NOT 2GB) because it has less services running in the background. If i had windows 10 LTSC, the crashing wouldn't be an issue. I am trying to make windows 10 home as lightweight as windows 10 LTSC so I can run davinci resolve without crashing. To do that I need to disable most of the services. I will not upgrade the RAM on my laptop OR buy a new pc because I don't have the money for that. Thank you. whenever I boot my PC, i get THIS error (instead of login screen) :)

    :)

Windows 10 boots to a picture instead of login screen but I want it to go straight to login screen

    Hi Peter,

By design, Windows 10 boots to a picture instead of the login screen. If you would like to give a feedback, we suggest that you post your valuable suggestions in the
Windows feedback app, so that the developers will try to implement it in future Windows 10 updates to enhance user experience.

    Regards.

Can't login to my windows 10 PC

    Hi,

I tried everything that you suggested.

I am trying to login to Microsoft account.

And I am able to login using the web interface.

I used on-screen keyboard too. But the issue persists. It gives an error, and asks to try again.

    Please help. I am stuck.

    Thanks in advance.
