    If you had previously set up family features for a child account and then upgraded to Windows 10 , there are a few steps you need to take to turn on family settings again.

    When you say time limits, are you referring to family safety?

    If yes, I suggest you to try the steps provided below and check if it helps.

    Restart the computer a few times and check for Windows Updates.

    In the Search box on the taskbar, enter Windows Update, select Windows Update. On the Windows Update page, select Check for updates.
