    How do I go about getting a refund on MSFS2020?


    How do I put in for a refund for MSFS 2020? I cannot even download the game. Sits at "Pending" forever and never installs. The one time I DID get it to download by some miracle it would not launch and would simply open the MS store to Gaming Services.I've been working in this and other forums for 4 days to try and rectify this situation. With no success.Basically I gave Microsoft $160.00 and they've sent me exactly nothing but 4 days of frustration.Thanks in advance.

    Is it possible to get a refund for this?

    I bought Sea of Thieves yesterday and have put a good 10+ hours into it already. I then noticted that I purchased the game on my gmail.com account instead of my outlook.com account.

    Is it possible to get a refund for this (so I can purchase it on the right account) and what are the steps I can take to get a refund?

    note: I don't see any 'request a refund' button on my order history for the game. :/
