Windows 10: My videos are off coloured

Discus and support My videos are off coloured in Windows 10 Customization to solve the problem; I dont really know how to describe it however all my videos are off coloured however every other aspect of my windows is correct when i go to watch...     I dont really know how to describe it however all my videos are off coloured however every other aspect of my windows is correct when i go to watch youtube, netflix or just use the app films & videos to watch game clips they are all in the same colourExample of what i am seeing:

    Video colour problem

    I am having problems with no or very weak colour on video . The colour works well on all other applications. I have an HP computer with Windows 10 and am using the default colour application.

    Videos are not Syncing properly to my Lumia

    Hi Microsoft Support Team,



    I have followed your basci trouble shooting steps, but it didn't give any improvement.



    Following are the details which you requested.



    • OS version of my phone is 7.10.8862.144
    • I have downloaded this videos from internet. (Say, Torrentz)
    • Whenever I play, i can hear only sound and the video strucks in the beginning itself with some coloured strip at the bottom.
    • Yes. Videos have worked properly earlier.
    • All the videos which i synced through Zune.
    Please provide the rectification steps at the earliest.
