Windows 10: Random Login Account

Hi, I was logged into my computer. After some inactivity it fell asleep like it normally does but when I went to login my login name had changed to "John Monaco" a random name that I have no association with. My password, facial recognition, and pin did not work. My original login name disappeared. I was able to hit "forgot my password" and reset via e-mail. My concern is that I have been hacked. Is this some sort of glitch in the system or do I have a virus?

I suggest you to try the below steps to remove the user account from your computer.

  Login to your computer through administrator account.
  
• 
  Press Windows key + r and type
  netplwiz, hit Enter.
  
• 
  Select the user account, you want to remove.
  
• 
  Click on the Remove button.

I suggest you to follow the steps below and check if it helps.

Step 1: I suggest you to select the appropriate language in login screen at the bottom right corner and check if it helps.

Steps 2: Use On-screen keyboard in the login screen to login and check if it helps.

Remove account

I suggest you backup your personalized files first before removing the account.
To delete an account, follow these steps:

1. Press WIN + X keys and click Command Prompt (Admin) from the menu.
