Windows 10: Windows file explorer keeps popping up

The windows file explorer keeps on opening automatically. I have tried the sfc/scannow, after DISM.exe/Online /Cleanup-Image/Restorehealth. I have tried clean booting the PC but nothing has worked. I keep closing it from task manager, then do that run new task and run explorer.exe as administrator from file menu. Nothing has worked. My keyboard does not work properly either due to this, and the icons on desktop just keep getting bigger. This keeps interrupting my games, even if I minimize the app it still pops up. Pls help.

Windows 10: In the new version of Windows, Explorer has a section called Quick Access. This includes your frequent folders and recent files. Explorer defaults to opening this page when you open a new window. If you’d rather open the usual This PC, with links to your drives and library folders, follow these steps:

• Open a new Explorer window.
• Click View in the ribbon.
• Click Options.
• Under General, next to “Open File Explorer to:” choose “This PC.”
• Click OK

File explorer pops up when leaving full screen

I understand how frustrating it can be when it pops up every time while you access other applications and games. However, we can quickly check with the task manager and see if you are able to resolve the issue.

I suggest you to follow the steps mentioned by Krishna Prasobh V dated

Windows file explorer pops up on Windows 10.

In the latest up of Windows 10 the file explorer keeps popping up. I have tried all the suggested remedies I found on the site, but none of them have cured the problem. Is there a solution to this problem and could it be found in the registry?
