Windows 10: My laptop is unable to detect my network adapter

I Used my laptop in night and then slept Just closed the lap. I woke up next day and my laptop was unable to detect any network adapter.After trying to restark Several times it detected it back.Now Every time after I power on or open the lap of my laptop My laptop does not detect the network adapter.So I Reinstalled windows 10 on my Laptop.And now Its not detecting any network Adapter even after restarting in Many times. I tried Troubleshooting network Issues also.Please reply FastThank You

Which network adapter?

My friend recently came over to my house with his laptop. Before I could connect him to my lan he detected several wireless networks in the area. I want to connect to these wireless networks, but I don't know what kind of adapter I need. I searched his laptop model and this is his network adapter http://www.intel.com/network/connectivity/products/wireless/wireless_n/overview.htm

It seems he could get both N, and G signals

what would any of you guys suggest?

• Download the latest Wireless network adapter driver setup file from the manufacturer’s website and install it.

To resolve this issue, we suggest that you run the Network troubleshooter when you switch from WiFi to Ethernet connection. The Network troubleshooter can help diagnose and fix common connection problems including clearing the network cache to obtain a new
IP from the new network. Kindly follow the steps below:

• In the search box on the taskbar, type Identify and repair network problems, and then select
  Identify and repair network problems from the list of results.
• Follow the steps in the troubleshooter and see if that fixes the problem.
